Residential Parking Program
Miami Parking Authority offers restricted residential parking decals in designated neighborhoods for an annual fee of $25.00. To initiate restricted parking, you will need to gather signatures from every resident on your block (must be the whole block), and you will need >60% of those signatures to be in favor of the permitted parking.

Parking Discount
Enjoy a discount on on-street Pay By Phone parking exclusively for City of Miami residents. All vehicles must be registered within the City of Miami and discount only applies to parking within City limits. Enrollment in the program must be renewed annually to continue receiving the discount.
